In Spring of 2021, after moving back to Kentucky from Philadelphia, Marion Halliday with sister Jane Halliday, formed a new Louisville-based band called The Weeping Pints. This group features pub-inspired music of the British Isles as well as Marion’s originals. They play as a duo+, bringing in other musicians as needed to provide just the right combination for the venue needs.

One of Louisville’s saxophone elites, Tim Whalen spent many years in New York where he performed with such luminaries as organist “Brother” Jack McDuff, Sammy Davis Jr., Rosemary Clooney, Johnny Hartman and others. Since moving back to Louisville in 2005, Tim has been a fixture on the jazz scene leading the jazz quintet The Buzzard while also touring with the Harry James Orchestra.

Wayne began playing the cello in Louisville public schools at the age of 13. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music with focus in cello performance from The University of Louisville School of Music. As a solo musician, Wayne has released Line and Landscapes and Six Memories (by Andy McLeroy). In 2025, he composed and performed live music for multiple productions of Kentucky Shakespeare. Teaching since 1965, Wayne enjoys working with students of all ages, including university students and elementary students, and has volunteered for more than 20 years as a Suzuki violin instructor at elementary schools in Louisville. His volunteer work also extends to the intersection of arts and healing at many local medical and VA facilities, and he is a founding member of the Highland Chamber Players.
